Homeschool? But I really want a locker!

Tonight at the dinner table we were talking about the summer and what we want to do.  The kids are all on board with going to Costa Rica.  Whew!  Not that they'd have a choice but still, it was on a positive note tonight.  Some nights it's not.  They act like 3 months in Costa Rica is like going to the dentist.  Although they like going to the dentist so that isn't a good analagy.  They act like it isn't what we should be doing.  Nobody else goes to Costa Rica.  Why do we have to go?  Whats up with that??
We were talking about renting out our house for the summer and we'd love to homeschool Hannah since I'm already homeschooling Jordan.  Hannah is more excited about getting a locker after all these years she had to deal with just having a cubbie. (my heart bleeds) We said, "wouldn't it be nice to say, Oh, let's drive to Mt. Rushmore this week, or let's drive to WA DC and visit cousin Kay and tour the city, or let's drive to Baja and spend a few weeks at the tip, or how about we just make the move to Costa Rica and see what it brings us.   Someday, I hope the girls will figure out how cool their parents really are.  Kid's these days.
